Do you really think anyone buys that “non-partisan” rubbish? You know the only way to have made it as a non-partisan MP would be to have run as an independent. You also know you wouldn’t have had a chance without backing (funding, etc) from a major political party. Your rationalisations for crossing the floor are entirely disingenuous.

Though Vancouver-Kingsway is not my riding, I am definitely on the side of those calling for you to step down. Of course, you do fit right in with the walking corpses that are the Republican Party of Canada, essentially.
